The Delft Writing Group is a dynamic group of individuals coming together once a week to write and talk about writing. It is a supportive and diverse group, that needed a logo to announce their presence in the pub they frequent. As the group’s resident graphic designer, I was allowed to design this logo.
The group shares a love of writing, but many members also share a love for mint tea: a drink that is frequently ordered during the writing sessions. The cup of mint tea in the logo is a nod to this and to the cozy atmosphere that we create. Organic and sketchy lines capture the creative nature of our group.
